What is YOUR longest NON-BUILD game?

What is the longest non-build game you have personally been in? (longest in the number of rounds), I do not care about what is the longest game, I just want to know an average type thing of the longest people have played.

Mine is currently Game 2991285, and is still going.

round 28? my longuest one was 170 or so rounds and im just a normal player, watch out for the top player who have games of 200-300 round and their non-build up

Not impressive, I know, but most of my games are escalating, which are kind of hard to make long, then the others are generally 2 or 3 player.

experienced players tend to make escalalting last forever. Im running a tournament and no one is knocked out and the cash is 175!!

I kind of fail at that, if a game is going on to long, I openly try to make an alliance with anyone around me to make it go somewhere, and someone usually accepts.

sure.. here's one Game 1717284


call it a build game if you want, but there are a few attacks ever 1-30 rounds or so, (only when strategically wise) so i do not consider it a build game


also, we have different definitions of a build game

for me, a build game is when you intentionally try to make huge stacks, in that game, it happened by accident, and with a couple hundred men on all my borders, attacking would mean 100 percent certain death

Have a 19+ round triples game on Classic if it counts- not sure if it falls under non-build . Hell, not sure what it is- either both teams are playing well or we're both playing like shit for it to last so long.

im in 25 build games.. some werent at first, but they sure as hell are now... but recently had 2 dubs games go into round 20, which is certainly not the norm, but a 19 round trips game sounds almost impossible

They had the edge, then we got lucky [dice] to level it off by eliminating a player but it's paid us back since. tbh- it has been a great game... frustrating one for both sides.

Here is a five player game on a small map that will come in just under 100. Definitely not a build game, despite appearances at times. At no time did anyone get over 100 units individually. Game 2483131

Anything with over 1000 units on the map is the product of a failure to roll dice, particularly if the game has more than three players. With three, you can get the Mexican standoff, particularly on a big map, and that's tough to unwind so its excusable to have massive troops on the board.
