Simon Viavant wrote:If there was any way to set it this way, it would be good if you got a little cluster of territories with your capital somewhere in it, so someone doesn't kill you first turn, because otherwise someone could conceivably eliminate someone in the first couple rounds, even if that person wasn't a multi or a retard.
Right, but then how would you know if you were winning, and someone could take out your capitol by mistake, I like the "Must Hold All Capitols" better, maybe that option for terminator.ManBungalow wrote:It could work if you keep your capital secret. You could bluff the whereabouts of your capital by deploying on random countries etc. I'd give this type of game a try...
obviously you've never played a speed freestyle, the "winner" changes about every ten secondsNatNat wrote:yeah but if your winning u can fortify ur captiol and make it obivous that it is there but the enemy won't have the troops to take it down but blake that is a good suggestion

may I remind you that Hasbro didn't make the capitol version, someone on a freegames site didGrimReaper. wrote:it can't be too much like risk or hasbro will shut this site down

Since ive played another game with this system i could now say i love it.NatNat wrote:for all creaters of the game i suggest a new game type of capital/capitol risk- i got it from when i re-read the intructions of the origanal board game i saw on the exended verison of the game a different game of capital/capitol risk. For people who don't know what it is it is when a player secreatly chooses a territory as there captiol the player who conquers the the other playes captiol nocks him out of the game and he has to own his own capitol to do it. The number of players varie the number capitals a player has. Post more in for more info and what u think of it. NatNat
Already introduced.der sniffter wrote:Concise description:Specifics/Details:
- At the beginning of this type of game, the players choose one territory that is their "capital". On maps like Feudal War, this territory is obvious. The player's capital must be defended at all cost, because without it the player will be eliminated from the game. His armies will remain on the board and the player can still be killed for points in Terminator games.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
- The capital is worth no bonus on its own (unless the map says otherwise) and is used as a normal territory. It is part of the bonus area it is in.
Any kind of feedback is welcome.
- It would add a new kind of gameplay that can be used with all existing gameplays (cards, forts, etc.). It wouldn't take that much extra programming for Lack, because it is somewhat similar to an assassin game.
