Should Xtratabasco be allowed back into the forums?

I think that the pole speaks for it's self, @ times maybe his wording is a bit harsh, but on the other hand the other partie probrably deserved it or was even looking for it! Let him regain his original status as many people support him (myself inlcuded). After all he is also premium and is not enjoying the full benefits of this club.

i admit to being somewhat of a newcomer to the forums, wasnt exposed to 4 months of assault, but from what i have read, and understand, he, xtratabasco was banned for being a racist, bigot, etc. but i dont believe he is, nor did he xpress those views, that i know of. YES, he did time after time go after illegal immigrants, quite vocally, but here in the USA that doesnt qualify as bigotry or racist, our elected politicians take stands on this issue, for and against. Hell the U.S. is building a wall between the U.S. and Mexico, to try and close the border.

Xtra was NOT permabanned for spamming the forums with racist comments, he was banned for allegedly posting porn links. Something that the mod in question (wicked) promised time and time again to provide proof of, but everytime would vanish and never provide any details. Xtra did however abuse one of wickeds friends (who is now also permabanned) via PM and our logic dictates that this is the true reason for her initial ban.

Xtras rambling may have been an annoyance to many, he was asked repeatedly to tone it down and in the end he did, however as this happened just prior to his ban, many of you may not have realised this. I can't argue against anyone that he should have done this immediately, because he should have.

Xtra is the only permabanned member that I am aware of that hasn't created a multi or tried to cause any disruption to CC; Instead he has used official channels, only to fall on deaf wicked ears.

If he is ever reinstated I am not even sure if we would see alot of him in the forums, what he is really after is the ability to play speed games, which is meant to be part of the premium package he pays for.

I am relatively new to CC, but I have found few players more astute than xtra. He is a great teammate. While I admit that I have read all the postings on regarding xtra's ban I definately feel that the actions taken against xtra are excessive.

I could understand an official probation for legitimate complaints connected to the forums. Perhaps even limiting the number of times a player may submit comments or placing an advisory logo on the account in question. But permaban? And the loss of speed games? Seems a bit over the top.

Looks to me xtra is an important part of the CC community. I think he deserves another chance.
