Cairns would you please report me on the quality of the software once you get a chance topaly around with it? If its good we will stick in into the map making tools
There are going to be elements of a ConquerClub map that may not be possible with this software - army circles, for example. It'd be a drag to have to create updates in one program and then have to port them over to photoshop to add stuff,

Gimil, i've downloaded the fractals demo .exe and playing around with it....quite difficult and technical to work and i''m not a brainy one...but i also checked out the prices for the component add-ons etc,,,very expensive, and i don't know from the screenshots that i've seen if we can't do as good a job.
i;ll let you know more as i discover

yes that would be true...and to boot if the a map was in 3d or isometric view you'd have to create some buildings or suchlike that would look like they hold the army circles in an upright position compared to the map for the entire design to look good.

I would just simply do it as saving as a png and just loading it in PS, it wouldnt be too much of a problem.
