We're getting too many who sign on for a game then either never show up or make a couple stupid moves then disappear leaving the rest of us waiting 24 hours three times.
Do you have a suggestion to help with the problem? There are several threads out there with different ideas. I would suggest looking into those and see what kind of ideas have already been passed around. Then maybe that will spark and idea of your own.

-when people (not only newbies but everybody) miss their first or second turn, just throw them out of the game directly. Almost all deadbeats either never play or only play their first turn and then never return. By implementing the above you would only have to wait 1 time 24 hours and then the game can go on.
The root of the problem would seem to be that the site managers are far to conscious of generating new members at the expense of the members that be (quantity vs quality). 2 amendments to the current policy would cut the deadbeat problem in half (at least). (1)Miss a turn, miss your armies for that turn. (2)Miss 2 turns (consecutive or otherwise) and you're out of the game. Cmon guys, we put our money into your coffers - how about giving us some quality? Don't be greedy at our expense.
