Well, if noone else has a guess then I say the little Elephant part looks like one scene in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, however none of the other scenes are ringing any bells...

It's either Unbreakable or The Abyss. Based on the clothing, the ring, and the fact that Bruce Willis was trying to be subtle when taking off his wedding ring (and this guy apparently ain't), I'm leaning towards Ed Harris in The Abyss.

I'll gladly admit to seeing the 1986 Ralph Macchio movie with that title (rent it - it's full of great blues music), but I ain't watching a Britney Spears movie unless it's done in her bedroom with hand-held personal camcorder.
