Can points be returned accordingly to players who have lost against a 'lack' or 'twill' confirmed cheater??
If not - dont we think they should be?

That might be difficult and timely...and to be sure...no one has the time to go back that far and give those points back...
plus...points would only need to be given back in games where there was actually cheating done...like if you got into a game with multis...the points you could possibly have lost from games like that is not that much...unless you are the multi-magnet...but sorting through all of a cheater's games to see all the time they played with a multi and giving those points back would be quite a process...
i just don't think it's worth the time, but if it's easier than i imagine it would be, i'm all for it.

That would be tough.
With the number of multis laready found and the backlog we still have, to go through and try to return points would be tricky at best. I dont think it will happen any time soon. If Lack eventually has time to code in a way to do this then perhaps, but I doubt it would effect games retroactively.
