sending a PM...help

So I type person's name and click on ADD, the person's name disappears. If I don't click ADD I get "no recipient". How can I send a PM? What am I missing? People send me PMs and I can't send back.

The person's name will disappear if you spell it incorrectly. Be careful of the _ and spaces in people's user names. Other option is to search using * as a wildcard.

Or find them on the scoreboard first and then use the send private message link.

you can also use the "find member" link next to that box and then do a general search for their name and click the box next to it and click add

when you hit add, the name will disappear from the little white window and be added immediately to the right of that window which is where the list of recpients is listed.
