Rating stars pre-selected?

My poor finger is getting worn to a nub rating players. Any chance the rating stars could be set at maximum? 99% of CC opponents are fine, no complaints. Then if you run into a problem player you could deduct stars.

Personally I only give out ratings to extremely good or extremely poor players, that way very few players get rated by me and by people who also use this system, so for us we take more time to get the ratings medal

However, with the above people who play a lot will be able to spam the ratings with ease. And it would mean more ratings would be unreliable.
As far as I can tell with that system people will spend less time considering the ratings left and they will become useless (As if they aren't already)
