tell us about it. I've seen plenty of people ranting about how the dice suck. I've had my fair share of bad dice. I'm sick of hearing about those.
Let's see how many people actually get lucky in this game. One of my teammates recently got very lucky in game 3391434. With 8 armies he took out 17 and only lost 1.
How about it. Anyone else had abnormally good luck with the dice?
My assault-cubes have been pretty good in one game I'm playing. But my spoils have been astonishing. I have gotten 3 10-sets in a row. And I mean I got each of those sets at three spoils.

Duane: You know what they say about love and war.
Tim: Yes, one involves a lot of physical and psychological pain, and the other one's war.

Good Dice???? I would not know anything about that. I routinely lose 8 or 10 in a row and i never win that many. I just got eliminated from a game without even taking a turn! Now I don't pay anything so I shouldn't complain....but I am losing interest fast because the dice seem to favor high-ranking players. Come on now..I'm lucky to take ANYTHING on my first turn...but SJNAP (CONqueror) and team put me out before I get to take a turn!!!!!! And seriously I have NEVER won 10 in a row...so why do i lose them all the time???? It is curious.
In a private set of 1v1's recently, my assault cubes have been great and my opponents have been equally horrible to match it. As for my spoils, I try to avoid games with spoils if at all possible, because as usual I am a magnet to the red spoils set almost 90% of the time...

For me it seems to be the map, doodle earth I've lost 10straight before I've given up playing that map, on USA my opponents always seem to start with a bonus already and I get average dice while on some maps like texan wars I get amazing dice and the rest of the maps I simply vary. I'd say my worst is 10v4 on doodle earth which turned to 1v4 my opponent losing nothing. On another game I don't remember I had something like 8v12 and I won with 4 armies to spare. I am just starting to stay away from maps I can't win on like doodle earth and USA since the dice seem to favor my opponent so much. I don't mind crazy dice just not consistent crazy dice against me like i get on these maps.
I get "freakishly good dice" on part of one turn about every 6 games. Doesn't seem to balance out for how bad I always seem to roll against territories with one army. When I play risk in real life I am quite used to moving smoothly when rolling 3 dice vs. 1, but on conquer club I just get nailed. I've even been tracking my dice on these scenarios for the last week, and I win 52% of the time.
Silver was ready to quit a stacking game and decided to auto his 48 (as I remember) into a neutral 42 sitting next to him in North America, as a way of leaving the game and opening it up.
Silver autos the stack takes the other 1's in North America and still has 40 on the board at the end. As far as I can tell he lost practically nothing.
Silver decided to keep playing.
What I find amusing is getting that once in a life time dice against a neutral!
I have one recent trips game where 1 of my remaining 3 provinces had 3 armies on, and was surrounded by 5 enemy 3's. I deployed there and attacked to knock the next player down. And attacked again. And again, again, and again, finally reducing them all to 1s. I let my guys have a rest after that, they earned it.

Sure it does. When you lose on the rolls constantly...you simply stop rolling and save your troops for a better day. All too often I see people roll their stack down to nothing...even though they are obviously not making ground. Hold onto your guys if the numbers aren't cooperating at the moment.
A long while back I took down something like 20 or so with 10 and only lost a couple. It was an instance where I just wanted to make a dent for my teammate's next turn. I hit auto...and had to do a double take when it asked me to advance 8.
Perhaps to avoid further copy right issues, CC should come up with some 26 objects to roll for assaults. Further more, we should stop calling them maps, and change the name to charts. Finally I think that instead of oceans made of water on the new classic map, they should be pools of amonia. : )
