I too have felt the wrath of the random dice this week, but the 2 weeks before that I notched up 18 victories in a row.
Sometimes I do get the feeling that there is dice tweaking; but then I have good days and average days as well. Bad dice memories will always stay fresher in the mind than good dice memories.
I've had weird dice experiences this week too, lol, but I wouldn't attribute them to tweaking.
I got straight ones and defeated in two 7 vs. 3's on consecutive turns on one of my games...
But then in another I won a 28 vs. 20 and lost only 8 armies.
Go figure.

I hate to break it to you, but I was up to Lietenant and have been busted back down to cook partly due to poor strategy and part due to really bad dice lately. I mean I have seen on one game 22 armies go up against one guy and lose and the only reason I kept on going was it was a terminator game and it was the last territory that the guy owned. Then after all my work of nailing all his territory down to one guy someone else gets the spoils. But come on 22 against 1 and I lose. And I have seen this not once, not twice, not three times, but over five times and each in the tune of armies numbering over 12 and the territory in question having less then 3 (most of them having 1) and it is usually the last territory a player has in a terminator game for me. That shouldn't make a difference, but it seems to. And then the next player comes along and gets the spoils. So, I have been a bit dismayed. But I keep playing.
