Hawai in world 2.1 map, is it a part of asia, australia or it is not a part of anything.... ? or is it considered to be a part of continental asia ?

It's part of the "total" continent of Oceania but not part of any of the "sub continents" within it.

Just investigated on a game log and it is part of South America.
If ever you aren't sure about a tiny territory's colour, make your connection go really slow as the map loads!

so is there no bonuses for baltics, or the "stans" ( khazakstan, afganistan, etc), or pink middle africa (libya, chad,cameroon), or antarctica??

Correct, but you need those to get the larger bonus for the continent that they are contained in. Antarctica is part of no bonus or continent bonus - its only good for getting to South America, Africa or Oceana.
