Thyeres only 2 rules and people break them. lol. But honestly why would people say if they cheated? I mean if they dont care if they get banned, go ahead but if your guilty, you defitnley will not post here.

any idea how many time innocent people have been banned from other palces due to proxys(im in Scotland he was from England then he got told he was from america and we were one person i said id make a new accoutn when i get a new ip on the moon)

Besides why would you cheat the rules are easy to folow and game is easy to win of you cant win yourself then get better dont cheat(its called decent tactics and good execution of plans it works wonders during intese fighting)
