I just want to play my beloved game, don't have acces to the warsteiner account anymore so created Milow1 just to be able to play, got blocked then created this account just so I can play. Done everything fair and square by the book, bought a new premium when I got busted so get off my back please. I already asked customer support here for a solution but nobody replied.

Is it so hard to understand you could actually send an email to CC to retrieve or change your password and email? There's supposed to be a learning curve and that's why all the decent folk are restricted to one account. It seems that when you forget your password, had multis or enjoyed SAs you can basically do f*ck all and rebuy premium for any account you'd like to use. Bullshit.

Actually there is a precedent where an user had his premium stripped for creating a new account after his initial bust - jan1976 and his second account bull22. The mods were quite clear back then that any busted user should stick to his/her original account.

if that is the case, renegades should be banned and allowed to play only with warsteiner, cc can activate warsteiner again and transfer renegades premium to warsteiner, at least in that case people would know who are they playing against, since we cant ban cheaters forever bcuz obviously CC loves to take cheaters back if they pay lousy 25$, pathetic.....

No, it went a bit differently. My apologies, I should have elaborated right away.

jan1976 is busted with pretender, payback, Paul1987 and Hans112.

This happened back in December 2007, jan1976 bought premium again and resumed playing. He got busted again in June 2008.

Due to Switchfoot's active role in targeting and elminating Jan1976's target in at least 12 Assassin Games, we are BUSTING both Jan1976 and Switchfoot for Secret Alliances and Gross Abuse of the game.

Furthermore, due to the substantial point gain from at least 12 Assassin Games, of over 1000 points, we are issuing a SCORE RESET to 1000 for Jan1976.

Right after this incident people got a hold of bull22, which turned out to be jan1976's new account.

Bull22 is turned into a freemium as he is busted with jan1976.

A whole discussion erupted about why Bull22 had his premium removed even though it was his only active account at that time.

Ah, the difference is this, if he upgraded his jan1976 account into a premium, and stayed within the rules, he would have been left alone, you are not suppose to create another new account. You are given a chance to upgrade, not create another account.

And even if you have already upgraded after being busted, you are still expected to follow the rules and not create another account later.

I hope this sheds some light on the inconsistencies regarding (busted) users with new accounts. A recent example would be JCKing (formerly known as JesusReigns, one of Krusher's henchmen and previously busted for this reason) who was reported and had his premium removed, but was allowed to buy back into his newer account anyway.

You never got a score reset, so you should be able to continue with the 3500+ points according to the current (flawed) ruleset.

Firstly, some people like to know who they play, especially if it concerns busted players. For instance I was a bit miffed that I ended up with JCKing on my team, even though I had JesusReigns on my foe list since he got busted. Secondly, your score and winning percentage should reflect the learning curve you had when you first joined this site. I don't care much for these stats, but they should at least be remotely accurate for what they're worth.

I can't be arsed to think of all the other reasons, but there are plenty.

Those points are still on Warsteiner sure but what I meant is that if I would have acces to that account I could simply drop m to 1000 and then continue from there. then my points would still not reflect the learning process.

Anyhow I wouldn't call it a cheat as I'm not harming anyone with this really and I'm not making it a secret who I am either. Plus I simply followed the correct route and bought myself a premium to continue playing

all i have to say is... doesnt these premium payments help the site to be better? what about that warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you pay for CC... this is bull... i say the cheat is getting stripped, if he dont get his money back

They have only issued score resets under the rarest of circumstances, i.e. when a substantial amount of points were gained through the use of multis and/or secret alliances.

Strangely enough the number of cases I witnessed which involved one or more point resets nearly coincides with the number of cases in which people actually bothered to calculate or provide an estimate of said score gain. One example involves Mystique who has been busted twice with nearly the same modus operandi - 9 freemium multis throwing 1v1 games.

The first thread (MYSTIQUE AND HER 9 ACCOUNTS [busted]) did not feature any estimates back then, but Map Rank gives an impressive 1052 points gained in 79 games. No score reset was issued.

After further investigation for this unusual case, all these accounts are busted.

Mystique bought premium again and started creating new multis just 3 days later. The second thread (Mystique [Busted, Blocked, Points Reset]) featured an estimate 464 points gained in 48 games. This time they didn't beat around the bush.

Mystique has been BUSTED with Kabuki, Etoh, horrorshow, ok51513, hahaha4hahaha (I.E. Premium Membership removeD), and BLOCKED with Arcades, Lingo, Daventry, and Destroyer69.

Due to the large amount of 1vs1 games, specifically in regards to those BUSTED with, but not limited to, and due to the substantial amount of illegal point game, a SCORE RESET to 1000 is being issued for Mystique.

Due to his past history, his account has been inactivated.

Mystique bought premium again not 24 hours later and still remains with us, albeit playing clean nowadays.
