I dont hate max, and I have nothing against max--he has never done nothing wrong to me, but an overwhelming players on cc and mods shared he used several accounts, therefore I had to make a difficult decision.

If it was he said she said, i would give max or anyone the benefit of the doubt, but when there is an overwhelming amount of respectable cc players saying max has cheated in some form, well, there is power in numbers. it was not an easy decision, and trusting the cc community with an alarming % saying he did so, so my hands were tied. sorry max

1. I think that it is important to mention that the people to whom you are referring that "spoke out against me" are all a huge part of a cheating thread which I created, calling them cheaters; that in itself creating a bias which is undeniable.

2. None of the people whose accounts I reportedly "abused" called me, or call me, a cheater

3. None of the accounts which I had access to were used in anyway to benefit my score

4. There is not one person who has given any proof that I abused anyone elses account, and despite having my premium stripped, no reason was ever stated, hence no formal reason was ever given about how I cheated.

While I have no problem with not being included in this thread, I would appreciate it if you could share with me, and the rest of the people reading this thread, how I cheated. Also, while you and I may have never had any direct conversation that could cause you to dislike me, you are friends with scott, and I called those 1-1 games against new recruits you play to be farming; both of which could easily result in you disliking me.

just so many say you have, i am not sure what to do here, it is a hard choice to make, let me see if i can collect some more info., perhaps i was wrong for taking you off, i dont know anymore. but my recollection is you have played on elitstuys account multiple times with intentions to play it all yourself in some games--reasoning for the massive block cc put on you, you also had chat bans and cc stripped you of premium, they are more than fair and do not do this unless sound reason. you were found to also set up freestyle dubs and playing both accounts on purpose not to cover for someone. this is some of the info i have which if cc took your premium-i had to follow suit, be glad they did not take your score, but be sure they will if it happens again, you should thank cc for not resetting your score to 1000, but they did get another 25 bucks from you. not sound punishment, but it is their site and I trust the cc mods and hunters. respects, blitz

Thank you for the response, but I think it needs a little clarification. I was not busted for playing for my brother nor was I busted for playing for anyone else. According to twills post, he believed that I assumed my brothers account in order to defend myself after I was busted, (which would mean that I was initially busted for no reason and that I broke a rule while busted,) even though that is not the case. After I was placed into the guest user group and was premium stripped, I asked my brother to go on his account and contact the mods to see what happened. He spoke to king_achilles in a pretty lengthy conversation and found out that the initial reason for my being busted was that I logged onto another persons account for a purpose other than to babysit.

It turned out that it was a misunderstanding as, on my own account, I was in live chat and while conversation was dead, I logged on to play for lanyards in his games, as he was unable to get online for several weeks straight. However, as I was exiting, I clicked the live chat button by mistake so when I logged back onto my own account, it said that "maxatstuy turned into lanyards" (or something like that) and when I commented saying that it looked neat, it read that I wrote that on lanyards account, as opposed to my own, since while I signed out of lanyards account, chat did not.

That was taken care of, although twill decided to then claim, in his forum post, that it was me on my brothers account speaking on my behalf when it was not. There was no reason for the bust, and I gained no unfair points or played for anyone unnecessarily. In reference to the doubles games, I clarified that situation in my last post on page 5 of the Maxatstuy [blocked] thread. Even though in three doubles games I played turns, (one turn in each game,) for Paddy, (my doubles partner,) I only played when there were a couple hours left and when I knew that paddy was offline and asleep. Never did I play any games that were not out of necessity and I never cheated.

It is fine if you want to remove me from your threads because I was busted, but there was no reason for me to be busted and I never cheated in any way.

He was probably kicked off the list because he was busted with Milow and Renegades. I dont know how it effected his score when War reached 4k, but I am reasonably sure that is the reason.

cheating and using multiple accounts-mods busted him, and i think he admitted to 2 or 3 different names he used for his own gain-not to take a turn for a person because they could not make it. many know this already.

max u have been on foe due to the fact of high suspicion of cheating and abuse, thats the only reason, until it gets ironed out---the fact many in cc and the mods have high suspicion, whether they actually caught you or not, does not mean you are innocent. also, i never mentioned all the times you and lany played on same accounts with names and you actually posted it in many games chats, and some were even speed, this is against the rules, and a violation that can have your score reset, and you were already stripped of premium once. those are some of the reasons why along with the previous posts and all the other posts that many others said. i rather not argue about it, just giving u my explanation on the foe is all, i have nothing against you personally, i do not know you, but the association of you and cheat, well i can not be playing with players like that is all. where there is smoke there is usually fire. hope this is sound reason for you, later.

I dont know if I am deciphering that correctly, but assuming that you are accusing me of joining games on Lanyards account, you are way off. First of all, I never played for any of my doubs partners while in a game with them other than Paddy The Cat, when I was a lieutenant for reasons already mentioned. I have no idea what you mean that Lanyards and I played on the same account, but I have never played a casual game with Lanyards, and I never played for him in any of those games.

If you would like to clarify what you said so that it sounds literate and comprehensible, that would be great, but assuming that I interpreted you correctly, then I have no idea who it is you heard that from, because not even Scott or Bruce would make an allegation so ridiculous.
