I was wondering what the cultural differences around the world in celebrating Thanksgiving were? Is it as festive as in the United States? I wonder how people in countries like Iran and China celebrate Thanksgiving due to our current differences. There is no question that the United States is the greatest country to ever exist and will ever exist, so obviously celebrating Thanksgiving is a big world holiday as people around the world thank the U.S. for making the world a safer place and it is a nice way to pay tribute to God's country. Do they eat other meat than turkey such as lamb or beef?
In Japan, they all gather around the Thanksgiving table, say a quick thank you, and the male elder begins to carve the Thanksgiving Day Squid! MMMM, Yummy!

Here in Spain, they make all their dishes into effigies of American presidents past and present (Bush is generally the centrepiece). After an elaborate ceremony in which each dish is carved, chopped mashed and generally hacked at by all, the resulting meal is eaten and heartily washed down with a bottle of Rioja.
They call it the 'thanks, but no thanks' Thanksgiving.
I don't believe they plan to include Obama in their celebrations as yet..

Hey, remember that time Spain was allied with Hitler in WW2 and Nazis helped win the civil war for Franco? Yeah? Good times.

I must have done that campaign three times, good times indeed.
I celebrate by being generally thankful that although things are headed steeply downhill here, I still have more civil liberties than US citizend have in their country. Stasi 2.0 anyone?

That's when you give thanks to your PhotoShop editor for doing such a fine job on that special document so as to fool the American people into believing you were actually born a United States Citizen so you could put your shoe in for the presidency:
Actually, I thought all the other countries just ate our shit.
And that it wasn't just on Thanksgiving.

In Canada we do it the same way, but a month earlier. Pretty much everything in Canada is ahead of America. We just finished our football season this week, and it was the 96th championship. How old's the superbowl, 50? We're planning on having Christmas next week... enjoy the wait, suckers!

Well good for Canada eh? You stole an American made sport and made it shitty with our second rate players. Shit the CFL compared to the NFL is like the MLS compared to Premier League Soccer...yeah its that bad...but I do give you Canadians one thing...you play 6 man football up there, and thats the best type of football

Cronus, I've got a question regarding the above statement. Did you write this whilst keeping a straight face?

Pffft, next you're gonna tell us something even more crazy, like "football" means a completely different game in other countries.
