I'm quite sure that your role PM included a victory condition (I know mine did), that is usually a good place to start when one tries to find out what/how to do.

Again I refer you to your role PM. It will tell you who are on your side and who are not, in general terms. You should be able to figure the rest out if you think about it for a bit.

Well as you yourself put it, "I don't know if I'm scum or mafia?" we have to assume you are in fact one of those. And as they are the same thing (both bad) you got yourself in trouble. I'd suggest reading up a bit on game mechanics/tactics a bit.

So yeah if you didn't get it from the movie there are 7 different factions. At least in the game it was a ffa. No allies. Even SM and IG were against each other. So it would be safe to assume that there are 7 different factions in this mafia game all working against one another.

but that was only how they were portrayed. The good and bad division makes absolutely no difference. good weren't working together against bad or anything, so dividing these up into mafia/town wouldn't be right probably. If I was modding i'd make this like 7 deadly sins mafia....but then again 7DS suckd if any1 remembers it

I haven't played the computer game but have experience from the board game and I agree there really ain't a good v bad side theme. In fact there really isn't one "good" side amongst them.

I don't know much about the plot in this game but from the bit of reading I did I tend to agree with your assessment.

And I disagree about 7 Deadly Sins sucking, I thought it was a great game but maybe that's just because I won it by myself...

space marines and imperial guard are both part of the imperium of man. But according to the story of the game, governor militant lucas alexander of the imperial guard was chasing farseer taldeer who happened to be on kronus since she had a vision of the necrons' return. since he was already there, his commanders turned his regiment into the kronus liberators and told him to take the world back from the tau and other forces. The blood ravens of the space marines were there to protect their chapters' dark secrets and they couldn't let anyone, including the imperial guard to get them.

And Sisters of battle, tyranid, and dark eldar were not in this game.

like i said before, my best guess about the setup is something like 7 deadly sins. so if you want an idea of a good way for a mod to change a normal game setup and screw with his players, look up 7 deadly sins mafia.

Though that slip up was pretty bad. And those who had sympathy for him. I remember being in the same sort of boat as he is when I started out. My logic only dug me deeper and deeper into my own grave until I thought I was screwed. I have a few things I want to look at but it's 3:40 in the morning and I want to get some sleep.

In this post I don't think he's telling the whole truth. If im correct, his role pm probably said something along the lines of mafia, but never really confirmed this. So when Haolo asked Iliad what he was, Iliad responded as scum, which is a different answer then both mafia and town just as he mentioned in the staement I bolded. Thus he asked, am I mafia or scum?
Im gonna wait for his defence before I vote though.
