And this is the real issue. You can argue all you want about "conspiracies" and fraud, but do you SERIOUSLY, really and truly think Republicans, even fellow Democrats (Hillary, McCain, etc.) would have let such a think go unproven?Nickbaldwin wrote:I don't blame him, I wouldn't hand my birth certificate out to nutters either....
Exactly. Obama was asked by the State Department to give proof of his qualifications for president. The State Department would not have allowed him to run if these documents were not given and/or if they had been proven to be frauds.PLAYER57832 wrote:And this is the real issue. Believe me, I KNOW a few people who began the vetting process. They not only check your birth certificate, they check those of your family, your affiliations, news reports, etc. Some things (loose affiliations) can occasionally escape notice, but those are things like "who sat behind Obama in second grade", who lived 2 blocks from him and once in a while maybe babysat him, not
"where was Obama born".

And judges like this are precisely why the Executive branch is largely immune from petty prosecutions. It is called harrassment, not a serious issue.black elk speaks wrote:A judge in the legal system has asked him to produce it. Obama won. He will be our president. The MAJORITY of people elected him. Your side lost ... get over it!Regarding the photoshop issue, so someone has to open an image in photoshop in order to rename it? what ever happen to the good old "right click and rename file" tactic? This guy has shunted responsibility for his associations and has duped all of you. I wasn't duped by the ignorance of bush, I am not duped by the ignorance of this tool.
You can have him as your fucking president, I would sooner spit on his shoes before I give him the respect of president of the united states. He has refused to pledge his allegiance to the flag, or the republic for which it stands. His ultra leftist liberal monetary policies in the form of corporate welfare and heavy tax and spend practices will further balloon the national deficit. You can tell yourselves that it is actually a good thing if you want too... but I don't think its true.
I have made references to him as being the anti-christ. I believe it. I don't think that satan has sent him to usher the way for the great dragon's arrival for the final battle... but I do think that ancient and biblical prophecy are truisms either because people have had "memories" of the future yet to come, or because people, having read the bible, have a tendency to make those events come to pass.
Because that judge has absolutely no jurisdiction in this case .. and if that judge knows any speck of law, he is well aware he has no jurisdiction.Still... I have to ask. Why would BO seek to block and disrespect the order of a judge, a legitimate official of the American legal system, if he had nothing to hide?

Well you are right about the "get over it" part. You certainly do have a right to your opinion. I apologize.black elk speaks wrote:Harassment? Bill Clinton was dragged out for getting a blow job from a fat intern. That was petty. The sad thing is that he actually answered the questions... or at least, that is your logic. I am sorry, but the qualifications for being President are few... 14 years living in the US, 35 years of age and a natural born citizen. You may be right about his actually being a citizen, and the paperwork is probably all on the up and up... but the accusations are out there, some claims by his own relatives, and he would do well to just answer the question and produce the documents. Any person applying for any job would be required to prove that they are legally able to work in this country... I know I had to.
I don't have to get over it. The country that has afforded me my freedoms, is the same country that I have been ashamed of for the last 8 years. 10 really. I was just too stoned and stupid to be paying attention 10 years ago.
Democrats and republicans are ripping this country apart. and I haven't an ounce of respect for all but a few. I believe that our government is due for a violent cleansing and the lot of the criminals that run the show aught to be put ti the sword. Personally sister, I don't care if you don't like it. And don't give me this "divided we fall" bull shit because its the elected officials of this country that keep us divided. They have politicized issues on the national level that aught to be managed on the state level.
The point was that the big smoking gun put forth by syc1959 (or whatever his name was from that youTube video) of using Hexedit to show that file was altered in Photoshop is no smoking gun at all. There are plenty of reasons why someone might open the file in Photoshop and then save it elsewhere on disk. Imagine this scenario: I'm work as a graphic artist for some website. someone sends me an image file to post on the website. I open it Photoshop to first see that it is in fact the right image, then rather than closing the file and moving and renaming it through the OS, I simply save it from Photoshop to another location on disk with a new name to go along with the naming conventions of the website's specs. Big deal.black elk speaks wrote:Regarding the Photoshop issue, so someone has to open an image in photoshop in order to rename it? what ever happen to the good old "right click and rename file" tactic?

Where's the problem? Why should anybody give a f*ck about the pedantry surrounding a single ridiculous and anachronistic regulation? The people have spoken, they want the man to be President. Who cares about an ancient and outdated bit of beuraucracy? How would you feel if you were faced with the criticism "Obama haters don't even care about the Will of the People, you would gladly deny democracy and stifle the voice of the majority with pointless rules". To hell with the irrelevance of constitutional minutiae, democracy and liberty are too important to bow to disingenuous and pointless lawyering.DaGip wrote:You guys would gladly hand over our American government to a person that isn't constitutionally eligible to be the president of the United States.

All the article states it that the issue will be heard. It also gives witnesses to the fact that Obama was born in the U.S.DaGip wrote:MSNBC is finally starting to take note, albeit very obscurely, in some off set corner far removed from their headline stories:

Not as funny as Reagan using that, though. I feel like failing to get that song really underscored Ronald Reagan's fitness for the position, specific area where he left Mama Reagan's birth canal be damned.Frigidus wrote:I'd kind of hoped Obama would use "Born in the USA" as his victory song. Do give sources please... because if this were true, which I doubt a lot, the question of Obama's citizenship would not be in question.PLAYER57832 wrote: Among other issues, if you are born in the U.S. you are a natural born citizen, regardless of your parents. Also, if a child is born outside the U.S., but has a parent who is a U.S. Citizen, they are generally considered natural citizens, but not natural born citizens.
I have had multiple births at home. All of which are attended by a qualified mid wife who served as the witness to the birth to the state which provided the birth certificates for them. It is still a document and is used, just as a death certificate is used, to certify a person's entry to and passing from this world in accordance with our laws. The claims are valid. It appears that Mr.Obama II was born in Mambosa, Kenya while his grandmother was present at the birth in a Kenyan Hospital. His mother couldn't fly to Hawaii, because she was TOO pregnant to be allowed on the plane. So she gave birth in Kenya. Her liberal mind was okay with this, because she had stated that she would never have a relationship with a white, Christian man. Why? Because she was part of the communistic rebellion that was taking place with the youth of the country. Kind of the same thing that is going on right now. People are so fed up with Bush's policies, that they are willing to give socialism a chance (well, if you really look at Bush's policies, you will come to the conclusion that they are socialist in nature and not conservative in the least). Stanely Ann Dunham WANTED her half black son to be born in the land of his father's birth--she WANTED her son to be born in Kenya. So she gave birth to him in Kenya at the age of 18 with Obama's grandma present at the birthing.black elk speaks wrote:that would be your opinion. Player, even if Obama WAS born in Kansas, he still wouldn't be eligible to be the president under the laws that were in place at the time of his birth. Both parents must be United States Citizens, of which Obama Sr. was not. Obama Sr. was a Kenyan and of British citizenry. Barack Hussein Obama's mama was just eighteen years of age, and giving birth to Obama in Kenya would not make him a natural born citizen. Also, Stanley Ann Dunham had to have been considered a citizen of Indonesia when she was married to Mr. Soetoro. She would have lost her citizenship to the United States. Barack would have been considered an Indonesian citizen as well, as Barack went to school in Indonesia, and you may only be a student in Indonesia if you are a citizen of Indonesia. Barack has an Indonesian passport and traveled freely through Pakistan with his Pakistani buddies back when Americans were not allowed to travel there. If Barack were American, he would not have been allowed into Pakistan, but that is not the case, Barack is an Indonesian citizen named Barry Soetoro.black elk speaks wrote:Do give sources please... because if this were true, which I doubt a lot, the question of Obama's citizenship would not be in question.PLAYER57832 wrote: Among other issues, if you are born in the U.S. you are a natural born citizen, regardless of your parents. HaHa! This isn't about Home Birthing school, guys! This is about Barack claiming he was born at such and such a hospital in Honolulu, of which both he and his sister have given the names of two different hospitals as the place of his birth. And we have Obama's grandma from Kenya stating that her grandson was born in a hospital in Mambosa, Kenya all the while she was looking on during the birth.black elk speaks wrote:I have had multiple births at home.
