I foe everyone that doesn't have close to a 100% take their turn rating and if someone in a game misses turns without some explanation I foe them too! I believe it is the best feature on this site. There are 20,000 other people to play against and you are worried about someone who doesn't wish to play against you? Unbelievable! yeah whoever foes is pretty much saying they are wossies and babies and don't want to take on the challenge of getting back at the person by winning a game against them. I have a few games with one particular player and each game is great but the one time we i joined him for a trips game and we lost he foed me thinking it was my fault. So now i can't join any games which include him. cough cough cough...thezepman

People who give me bad ratings for no reason (no reason stated in the game chat) other than that they got their ass beat are automatically put on my foe list.

I was ignored the other day because someone falsely accused me of using clickable maps. I even posted a damn screenshot. I've also been ignored for accusations of trucing, etc, none of which are true.
It's irritating when I want to play at night and the only people near my rank with games open have me ignored.

What you are talking about is only one (in fact not) among many reasons why we have foe option. The reason you stated above why you are foed is much much funny or lets say ridiculus and stupid maybe foolish whateever... Anyone with lower rank or higher doesnt matter may beat me, and may beat once more more and more as much as he can...I dont get pissed off but appreciate and try to learn how and where i m doing my mistake....
The problem here is the wrong use of foe options, abusing it...There are many examples we have, many inventions, made so far have and had good sides also bad sides very depending on what purpose they are being used on or were used on... Rose has colorful leaves which you can smell then enjoy it, but also has its torns if it is what you are looking for is some pain...
There is no system, ever been discovered or developed yet, which can not be abused...

I have people on my Foes list 
Don't know if it is a form of farming, but...I put up about 10 games, 1 vs 1, and if someone joins a bunch and beats me (high or low rank) I will foe them, just because I want to up my rank, and the next 10 games I create, the person that beat me can't join
