not so much "cheater" as "annoyance"

is there anything that can be done about people that constantly join games and miss turns, therefore slowing games down and giving some players an unfair advantage?

i have recently been in 2 games with "alangf" (games 150184 & 149960) and he got kicked out for missing 3 goes. one of them lead to me having an advantage, as i was his teammate and got all his territories, but that would have REALLY pissed me off if it were someone else. the second game lead to someone having his ex-countries as borders, so there was no need to fortify alongside them or worry about being attacked.

i checked his profile and found that of the 6 games he has played in, he has only made like 3 moves. so why does he bother?!

yes, you can give him feedback to warn other players not to play with him.
