Comments: They are the team Platinum Status, perhaps a reference to their freemium accounts. Powercrazy and Xcalibur54 have been accused before. I suspect that if he(them) is a cheater, then he is using a proxy. I question the action of having a brand new recruit in a tournament with no other games other than those in the tournament. I question the quickly placed turns one after another on Powercrazy and Xcalibur54. I question the timing of the account(s) creation.
I'm sure this seems like a low blow since my team is losing the tournament and their team is winning. However, these suspicions are regardless* of tournament status since the tournament is a bit nuts to begin with.... what with it being quads on a tiny little map. If I am wrong with these accusations, I apologize.
