I guess what I tried to say there is that the areas where the cities are in are not territories. Every city in the same area can attack the territories that their area touches. I'll make sure to rephrase that in the next version.

Thanks for feedback, new version coming soon.

The style of this map is really unique, and has some good potential.

The playable area to the right feels a little confusing - at a quick glance it isn't that easy to see what's going on...

I could tone down the city images, but really, I can't see what the problem is, how is this map confusing? There are a lot of quenched maps that are much more confusing...

please point out whats confusing, and perhaps some alternative to it.

Most of the attack-route instructions are unclear, and I'm not too sure which territories you can attack from where. In addition to this, the playable map area feels far too busy to be coherent... the thing that jumps at me most are the dark blue river lines!

The legend is written in a strange order, and the symbols are nowhere near the instructions: I was wondering what the yellow blob was, and it is only after reading the whole legend that I see it's an Ammo Supply - then I need to re-read it to find out what the ammo supply does!

As I've said before, you have a very unique/distinctive style, and there is definitely potential for a good map here... the next steps should be making the aesthetics work to complement the gameplay, rather than overwhelm it.

Ahh great to see you are finally making this map.

Why does the redline hells-highway (armour, infantry) go from Elst to Oosterbeek and THEN to Arnhem ??
Wasn't it planned to simply roll over the bridge of Arnhem ? ("john Frost Bridge").

and ..how do you enter the hellshighway red line ? It looks like you want to make it a one direction only path (south to north). But how can a player in the north (ze dzjermans) in the surrounding fields enter this same highway ?
By fighting all the way south through all marshes and bridges ?
I think you should have a few entry points here and there...

I hope you add the paratrooper effect to this map in that each player/colour should start at a certain historic dropzone/start location;

player 1: 101st
player 2: 82nd
player 3: 1st Airborne
player4: Polish paratroopers (Elst)
player 5: British 30Corps
Player 6: Germans North/East of Arnhem 2nd SS
player 7: Germans at Nijmegen 9th SS
player 8: Germans around Eindhoven 59th inf

Yeah ?

if you can , try to do big map a little smaller, so players don't have to scroll down the page.
Good work, bring it on!
I love WWII maps.

In such a case it is easier to lay the map out horizontal (Eindhoven left- ARnhem right). Tilt it 90 degrees.
It requires a bit of mapediting (names), but it is worthwhile in the end (no discussions about mapsizes/scrolling).

[Moved]

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the CAs will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made. ;-)
