max, if people do not want you commenting in their games, stay out of them. This could be construed as harassment. This will be noted for the future. For reference, if a user that is not in your game starts commenting, ask them politely to stop. If this happens in multiple games or the request is not heeded, then make a thread here in C&A. For the other users in this thread, this is not an excuse to do the same back to max just because he was warned and you were not, this serves as a warning for everyone who has posted in this thread, do not stalk other people and harass them in the game chats of their games.

I realize that a decision has been made, but I really want to say this:

This isnt about anything other then max deliberately making the game less enjoyable for people.
And not an arguement, just a place to put evidence of him ruining peoples enjoyment.

Basically, what you two are saying is that you want this to be a place where no one discusses the links and accepts them to be PROOF that I ruin the game for everyone who I accuse of cheating and tell off...ooops, I mean for everyone who has to read my writings in Game Chat. That is like saying that you want to go to court, hold up a bloodied knife, point to the person being accused of murder, and then have the jury deliberate. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. You both are posting links which are not only poor examples of me railing games, but you post these links where people actually say that I am being nice by giving them this information, where you are baiting me without any commentary by me, and where the people complaining are the same people who have disliked me for a multitude of reasons (none of which include game chat) for months now.

If you would like to go discus your feelings about me, why dont you all go into a back room and do so while touching each other in the dark...if you would like to explain how these links which you have provided effect any people in the games who do not have an already existing hatred towards me than please do that.

He has nothing to worry about. Nobody is willing to put the time into telling New Recruits what moves are necessary to beat Max because they deadbeat so much or don't even read game chat that it seems like a complete waste of time.

Scott once tried after I created a cheating thread about him. He went into all 5 or 6 of my active games and told all of the people that they couldnt pm him for help (or something like that.) It was rather amusing that none of the people in those games showed up to play

No, he didn't kick my ass. First off, it is Doodle Earth. Anyone who refers being beaten on Doodle Earth as an ass kicking is a complete tard. Also, I lost a 12v3, but I didn't whine about it because the game is Doodle Earth. I wasn't flaming him, and he apologized in a PM to me already for he didn't realize how I was. Difference is one game vs thousands....

And this is where the crux of this argument lies. There isn't one person complaining about a single incident. It occurs frequently to multiple people, and involves flaming, trolling, derailing games, and basically just being a pain in the behind. It really isn't that hard for the mods to ban someone - I simply doubt they have the knackers required to put their foot down properly. This problem has been ongoing for months, is getting further out of control, and will eat away at the site until it is a husk of its former glory.

ROFL...2 out of the 4 people in that game are clan-mates , a third person is a good friend of mine, and even in chat both aliakber and hulmey were talking to me and joking around about this very thread.

I have a suggestion though, if you dont want to see me in your game chats, other than foeing me ofc because that would be too logical, how about you dont play with, or against, anyone in my clan or on my friends list...that shouldnt be too difficult for someone who finds my presents that resentful.
