Mountain Techniques

i am creating a map, and am needing better mountains, i was just wondering who here could give me good pointers/help i have seen a bunch of the mountain tutorials that are already on the sight, but none of them really fit the feel of my map, http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... 41&t=72760

What type mountains exactly do u want?

I thought that my mountains were good but poeople seemed unhappy with them. Maybe so ething three dimensional that blends In a little more, but not from birds eye view.
