Rating Players Question

Is it mandatory to rate all players after every game?
I've noticed a number of games that I've finished and not received a rating from the other players.
Not a complaint, just a curious question being a newbie.. I rate everyone!

Side note, I am so impressed with this site I've passed it along to my friends in the hopes
they join! Great Job everyone! I can't wait to figure out how to create my own map!

I usually only rate "special" players... For instance, players who played a very good ( or very bad ) game... In my opinion, there is nothing wrong about rating people... You will also get a quick medal for your profile!

On your "My Games" page, click on the "Recently Finished" tab. Below each game you have finished will be a line that lists each player's name with a little star next to it. Click on the star to rate the person. This can also be accomplished inside the game itself.

It's not mandatory, but it would be a good idea to rate players after you play them.
