I am in a three man assassin game (FOG OF WAR=YES) with the above player. He is openly telling my assassin in game chat where I am located so I will be slowed down or prevented from killing him. This is clearly against the rules of FoW as it is really no longer a FoW game!!!!

nothing is going to get done about this. It isn't technically against the rules, it's just bad form. Foe and move on. There's countless cases of nothing being done about this.
