The Eclipse

This is my first map, so bear with me if I don't understand something. I call it eclipse, it is a map based in space. I'm going to just post the graphics I made for it and go from there. Please comment, tell me what you think. Any and all help is appreciated

Well, first of all, you're going to have to find a way to make this map unique. We've already got Space and Solar System maps, and this looks like the same thing, with a bit of Arms Race mixed in. Find something to make people want to play this map.

i just don't see how this map has anything to do with an actuall eclipse

The background looks good, but the grpahics in the foreground leave a lot to be desired.

You'll need to put some more thought into how exactly you imagine a game on it working out - until there are territories and things, you'll struggle to get a significant/useful volume of constructive feedback.

I do not understand how everything connects, you need to change how it is so irregular, I don't understand the asteriod field and you should increase the same amount of territories...

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the CAs will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made.
