To Clans not in the CLA League.....Another League?

Post by jpcloet »

There are several clans that are still trying to get into the CLA league which is closed for new clans. However, based on the requests and a number of solid new clans, which clans would be interested in joining a separate league which would then merge with the CLA league next season?

The second sub-league would mirror the settings of the CLA league and would generally require 10 doubles games a week. Depending on the number of clans interested, it may be spread out more with more bye weeks.

Clans interested or signed up so far for sub-league:

Imperial Britain
Eternal Empire
Outlaws & Highwaymen
Agents of Chaos
Left4Dead
Water's Fury

Right now there is no rule on amount of players, although it is being discussed.

You can change out however you want. As long as you get the games filled, no one else cares about keeping the teams constant week to week.

There are no fixed teams and no fixed maps.

The CLA league rules and settings can be found here:

I've sent this to the leaders of 13 other clans to see if they are ready for this. I suspect only 5-9 of them are really ready, but this may entice them to get better prepared.

No need to bump this, several of these clans have joined the CLA and would rather wait for season 2. I think these clans still need some practice in challenges and getting organized.

That's to be discussed, there could be 2 leagues or even 3.

I guess you got Water's Fury down (which are a part of - The UF -, but I think - The United Factions - could be part of it also! We are getting a challenge ready with The Knights of Chaos... would that count in the league??

I still have to read a little more, but add us for now!

The league would be something unto itself. Your challenge would count for the ladder.

The Brethren of the Fat Mermaid would like in if this is still happening. We are brand new, but we won't have any problems staying organized.
