Site maintenance, what time...?

Hi, i'm in the UK and last week when it was my turn i was about to place my armies when the site went down. I lost my armies which affected the outcome of the game. I know it has some info at the top of my games list when i log in, however not knowing the US times i can't work out when it's safe to play (GMT) without fear of losing my armies again! Any help appreciated, cheers!

Yeah so i assume its already done, but then the sign is still on when you logg in
