What I would really like is all territories showing the same number when you choose do it... instead of always random numbers. So would be easier comparate some coordinates to adjust them...

You misunderstood me...

A radio button where you can choose "random" (as usual) or "other", with a field where you could put a 1-2 digits number of your choice. This is what I was suggesting (I know, I didnt explain it well) :)

In fact, the way it is already should still be good, but maybe even a random number to all territories could be usefull.

Done. Now the coordinates tester shows neutral and lets you optionally specify a specific quantity.
