Comments:
Pretty clear to me that these are the same player. I have been the only one attacked so far in this game.
Persopolis has only been in 8 games so far and 4 of them have been with pepetto. Pepetto won 2 of them and the other two are currently being played.
All turns taken within 10-15 mins of each other

It doesn't look like secret diplomacy or multiple accounts to me, just a new player not attacking the game leader more. From what I saw the games were pretty much even.
Ok, but 4 out of 8 games, he obviously atleast knows the guy...that can't be a coincidence., plus they're both from the vancouver area, and their turns are all within a short time frame of each other.

EDIT: His account still shows as a Registered User but he is not gold.. Was his account busted?
I think what happens is the main account, in this case pepetto can still be a registered user but does not have his premium anymore. This is because it's his first offense. That's what I've been able to gather from past experiences.

I wasn't sure which account was the main account, so that makes sense.
But I didn't know they could still be involved in games that aren't "technically active" unless they paid back into the site

If it's their first offense then the premium is stripped but they're still an active member.

Darwin is right. pepetto was a premium account and since this is his/her first bust, the account is turned into a freemium. The other account was inactivated. Sorry that I was not cleat on this before.
