Can you make an allience with someone outside of game chat, so long as it is announced and agreed to inside of game chat so that all players know?
The reason this isnt a poll, is because its meant to be a debate. Aswell as the fact that some peoples opinions in this matter, such as an admin's or experianced player's opinion actually matter more than say a new member's (to me on this issue anyways).
