I have a different problem:

Map Rank lists 1046 games for me, and if you check my Profile, that is way too many.

And when I scroll down the list, I find 4 Classic maps listed: Classic Art, Classic Shapes, 2 x Classic. I guess, that is where the problem is.

I believe that you need to uninstall the script and all associated preferences and then reinstall the script.

Also it keeps flashing new update but when i click on it it always says error

If you are unable to update and get the following error

userscripts.org:443 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
bookburro.org , http://www.bookburro.org

You will have to download this version from here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/33912.user.js

as I made an error with the last version. (Fixed now)

This is a one-off as the problem has been subsequently fixed.

I'm not 100% sure this works correctly...

I had a quick look at my current games - and it said I'd not lost anything except rating to gimil...

SO I went to check that...

And here you can see that I've lost Speed and Standard to Gimil...

I've got a bug with maprank... It's telling me that I have a silver crossmap medal, when I don't... (Gilligan has mapranked me, and according to him I have 39 crossmaps)...

Oh, and I have the latest version installed...

I had something similar a we while back, if you uninstall it from grease monkey, and make sure to tick the box saying 'Also uninstall associated preferences' then reinstall it should come back ok.

Thanks, reggie_mac. Yes between versions it is possible for new features to require additional persistent data which may require uninstalling associated preferences for a clean scan. Persistent data is used to avoid constantly fully rescanning all games (which no doubt people would complain about). Unfortunately it is tiresome enough working on this tool without the Herculean effort it would take to put the additional mountain of code to avoid users occasionally having to uninstall associated preferences. Add to that this kind of problem has been answered and solved no end of times in exactly the same way with no bug fix required whatsoever and you'll see what I mean by the use of the word 'tiresome'.

I could do without the screenshots unless the associated preferences uninstallation has already been attempted as well.

Ok just uploaded bug fix for yeti's problem. (Some dark icons won't have shown up).

You will have to uninstall associated preferences and download new version, sorry (or wait until your next finished game).

Death icon to indicate previous loss to a player.

Specifics:

• The icons that display besides the other players in your game lists are a nice feature. It's great to see which players
  I have previously defeated in the various game types. It would also be wonderful to see which of my opponents have previously defeated me. I would suggest a black dot icon, or a death skull, or whatever, to indicate this be added to the other indicators also displayed.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• It would be a nice addition to see who has previously whipped your butt in case you are feeling smug when you see who's butt you've whipped before.

Dark Icons have been added in version 1.1.2 now available. (Thanks to WidowMakers and lanyards for doing all of the icons, great job)

You can see which players have defeated you per game type and also which players have rated you.
You need to have the Ratings option on and you will see the new icons after your next finished game.
If you can't wait then uninstall associated preferences.

Could you add in an option to turn the dark icons off, while keeping the normal ones on.

It is a good feature, but most of the time i'm just interested in who i've beaten rather than who has beaten me.

with the shadowed who has rated you symbol, it only seems to show users that have rated you on your first page of ratings.
