Ok he says evidence in the comments section. It's not exactly evidence because he didn't provide proof. Take a screen shot of the pm save it, then put it on photobucket or something similar. Private message

Just curious but how does a forum vacation fit as just punishment for a secret diplomacy issue?

So how many warnings does 1 get?
His account isnt even a month old yet and as of now hes completed 48 games, yet he has 2 warning's on his name associated with secret diplomacy.

He was given one warning and is now serving a forum ban. He has sent PMs to two people during games; on a forum ban, he cannot send PMs.
