I am organizing an interclan tournament. In doing so I noticed that it would be much more convenient if I could create all the games like a tournament instead of having to PM the other members to make all the different games.
I'm not sure if this is possible, but any help would be appreciated.
Don't be discouraged by that though, it has happened before. http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewto ... 92&t=44710
You just need to have an open tournament (so that at least half of the spots are available to anyone who wants to play), and you have to allow players who aren't in a clan to play. If I recall, the players who won jpcloet's were not representing any clan. The format he used was successful, allowed for many clans to compete with many different teams, and followed all the rules.
We have several tournaments in LOD. The key without privileges is to make it clear to everyone that one person in each game will be the game creator and then is responsible for communicating back the game # and pw etc.
Depends on the setup though. I run several LOD minis which allows me to create the games myself. If I'm not in that particual series, I pm a player to join all of them and then I drop them and then pm the rest of the players. It takes more effort, but does work.

Wouldn't it make sense to have a Clan Tournament Forum, with a Clan Tournament Moderator and Clan Tournament Organisers with Clan Tournament Rights to create passworded Clan Tournament Games (as per normal tournament scenario but different)?

There once was a plan ..... nvm.... it'll only get more questions asked.
I can tell you that the plan is still in play, just might take some time. While Clan Tournament Rights has been rejected again for clans, there are other things in progress to help this a little. Once you get your clan into a routine of creating and joining games for clan wars, it becomes easier to manage.
