One of the dishes on Dinner Impossible the other day was bull's testicles. Apparently it tastes a lot like liver.Which is a good thing by the way.
I think my difficulty would be that to cook them you have to slice them. Made me shiver.

In other news the curlson went to his first Bar Mitzvah yesterday. We bought him a suit for the formal bit and he looked very grownup (and uncomfortable), and came back with a skull cap (do you have to wear them in the synagogue?)

He enjoyed the party so much I think he may convert. Certainly he said he needs to become closer friends with more jewish people so he gets invited to more.
