It's hard to tell what you're saying, as it seems you're alleging just about everything.

I'm saying, you'd think an allegedly homosexual comediene would make a joke at the president's expense about his lack of action on gay marriage. But she didn't. I was looking forward to hearing such jokes, but I didn't. That's all.

I'm not saying President Obama is a bad president because he hasn't tackled this issue. I do know that this is an issue for the gay community and that they are a little upset that he has not yet addressed it.

In other words, this has no bearing whatsoever on whether President Obama is having a successful presidency; rather, I wondered why no gay jokes by Sykes.

I am saying that having a diversified base of employees does not clear you of being a racist. Especially if the employees have no real power, or are simply sycophants. Powell was ignored and lied to by Bush; and Rice and Gonzalez were clearly sycophants.
