I'm saying, you'd think an allegedly homosexual comediene would make a joke at the president's expense about his lack of action on gay marriage. But she didn't. I was looking forward to hearing such jokes, but I didn't. That's all.
I'm not saying President Obama is a bad president because he hasn't tackled this issue. I do know that this is an issue for the gay community and that they are a little upset that he has not yet addressed it.
In other words, this has no bearing whatsoever on whether President Obama is having a successful presidency; rather, I wondered why no gay jokes by Sykes.
I love how sensitive Republi-fundie-tards are when it comes to the "issues". As if anything really matters. Laughing at a joke on camera? I don't care if he was laughing at a dead fetus joke, he's got a damn brain in his head. Don't you have change and reform to worry about?

AND HE HAS ALREADY BEEN IN THE OFFICE FOR OVER A HUNDRED DAYS! OBAMA IS THE WORST PRESIDENT EVER!
Hey, if I was gay, I'd be pretty upset that he hasn't even said anything about, for example, the referrendum in California. But, let's blow this completely out of proportion (pun intended).
"He is exaggerating the effects of the disease. He's moving all around and shaking and it's purely an act. ... This is really shameless of Michael J. Fox. Either he didn't take his medication or he's acting."
"Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society."
"The NAACP should have riot rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies."
"They oughtta change Black History Month to Black Progress Month and start measuring it."
"Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it."
"There are more acres of forestland in America today than when Columbus discovered the continent in 1492."
-Rush Limbaugh, speaking of people being so wonderfully 'politically correct'. If anyone can back these quotes and say that he doesn't deserve a dirt nap they can join him.
And George Bush, if you want to play the 'omg but he's the preeeeesident card', has had his VERY fair share of idiotic, racist, and insensitive quotes. Anyone holding the Special Olympics statement against Obama is merely bitter that their 70-year old repeat offender lost the election and wasn't granted four years of trying to drive the country even further into the shitter.

"Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society." True
"The NAACP should have riot rehearsal. They should get a liquor store and practice robberies." lol
"They oughtta change Black History Month to Black Progress Month and start measuring it." That's quite a proposal...
"Look, let me put it to you this way: the NFL all too often looks like a game between the Bloods and the Crips without any weapons. There, I said it." Haha, football sucks
"There are more acres of forestland in America today than when Columbus discovered the continent in 1492." I dunno about this one, but the rest are true so far...

Obama will become more and more like Bush as time goes on, they're both out of their league as Presidents. I'll probably start defending Obama just as soon as you all start hating him...
Just out of curiosity, how is Bush racist? What are these quotes you speak of? He did enstate the first African American Secretary of State. He had what was probably the most racially diverse administration of all time...

... This is the only portion of the post waiting for an actual response:

... And I would like to see a response as well. GW's cabinet was the most ethnically diverse in (US) history. I want to see some hard evidence of Bush's racist attitude.
Like I said, you make no sense. Slave owners in the south had ethnically diverse staff of different tribes of blacks, irish, english, spanish, many their own children. Did that mean they were not racist?

Wow... that's a stretch. Are you saying that Colin Powell and Condeleeza Rice were slaves of George Bush? Or just indentured servants?
I am saying that having a diversified base of employees does not clear you of being a racist. Especially if the employees have no real power, or are simply sycophants. Powell was ignored and lied to by Bush; and Rice and Gonzalez were clearly sycophants.

I still don't see any evidence of Bush being rascist.
I guess not. I always thought people were presumed to not be rascist unless proven otherwise. I guess it's enough that one is either a Republican or from Texas to be labelled rascist. Kind of sad.
