Welcome to The Medal Heads Invitational 9.
This tournament will take place on the WWII Western Front Map (& The Ottoman Empire map for the finals).
This is a Doubles tournament, with 8 teams (16 players in total).
This tournament is for those working towards their bronze or silver doubles medal.
All players must have no more than a bronze medal for doubles (any other medals ok) and have < 2000 pts.
A separate tournament for expert doubles will be arranged.
Any players not joining as a team will be divided into teams by random.org.[/b]
Freemiums welcome- although 3 games-at-a-time if you get to the finals.

This will be a straight knock-out (bracket).
All rounds except the final will be one match only.
Map and settings: WWII Western Front – doubles (obviously), sequential, no spoils, chained & fog of war.
The finals will be best of 3:
WWII Western Front – sequential, no spoils, chained & fog of war.
WWI Ottoman Empire – sequential, no spoils, chained & fog of war.
WWII Western Front – sequential, escalating, chained & fog of war.

There will be 16 players.
Players must have no more than a doubles bronze medal and have < 2000 pts at the time of signing-up.
Players must have a 97% attendance record, have played a minimum 25 matches, and not have dropped out from one of my tournaments previously! Freemiums welcome, although beware that the tournament starts as soon as we have enough players and 3-games-at-a-time if you get to the finals.
Players will have 24 hours to join their matches from when the joining PM is sent. Failure to do so will result in a reserve being sought (harsh, I know).
