Its hard to tell as you have said, he doesn't have much to look at, only his first 4 active games and all are different settings and maps.

Ive seen in the past accusations work out with the only basis being "that for a new guy he knows this map very well" & clickies & bob early on excuse as well. But I have also seen it just be a coincidence. Either way the hunters will run an IP check and verify it for you, but you should still continue on in the game trying to win, cause regardless of the outcome of this claim points lost for losing will still be taken.
