If I see "Monty" I think "Montmorency".
But if I see "Python" I think "pythonesque".

In the Jones household, there has been much attention to various projects which the curlson is supposed to finish very soon.
I usually end up doing most of the typing, and Mrs curl takes care of the nagging duties.

we're trying to extend our visas at the moment, a process which I thoought we'd already reached the end of but apparently not.
It is an effin nightmare.
We have currently been told (a) we should not leave the U.S.A. while this process is going on
AND (b) we must visit the U.S. Embassy in London, where the original visas were granted, before it can be completed.
Can anyone see the problem with this? because apparently the immigration people can't.

Immigration is the LEAST sensible arm of the government. Have you tried visiting the NY embassy? (I am sure you have, but just checking..)

Has to be the London one, I think though someone said it might work to go to the Canadian one in Ottowa(?).
I think we have now convinced them we are allowed to be in the UK when we visit its capital.
