i know there is a BB-code for tournament organizers to make auto-join links, but unfortunately i cant find it. could anyone please help me?

actually you were a bit wrong. it's

with teams. i just tried adding a t for team, when it didnt work, and taa-daaa

Also note, in the past the password had to be one word, I am not sure if that was changed.
