Wow brutal honesty or playing the passive card? I am not sure how to take this. It could be a bluff but what are the odds that people would back down? IMO no one would take such a risk without a solid claim but then again you were going to get bandwaggoned regardless of what you said, fircoals case was simply too good when we have no other options presented/ wrote:Hmmm.... Well, for the first part I hopped the bandwagon because of the Mafia community being so inactive these days, just look at how many games day ones ended with a no lynch, it's ridiculous, it may be scummy but it's neccesary gameplay, it no one is scummy, lynch someone random (or at least get a claim out of them) anything for evidence, otherwise the day is void and the killers get a head start.
Honestly I have no valid justification for any of my other actions, and I completely agree it was scummy. I didn't vote because I have little knowledge of the roles, and I didn't want to hammer when others here have a better idea of the setup than me. I can tell I am the best lead for today, so if you wish for me to claim and save you the trouble of wasting valuable discussion time, I will.
Intresting, although I disagree with the early claim discussion is always good. Two questions though:/ wrote:I'm Haley, a tracker, Last night I tracked William he didn't go anywhere.
I checked out wikipedia and you claim checks out, presuming you aren't counter claimed./ wrote:Haley is one of the six main characters, I would have near 100% chance of being counterclaimed if i were lying.
I hope we have a doc, for someone to claim cop day one, then be roleblocked, attacked and passed over for protection. I wonder if I have any chance?
While I do realize that she is a main character and she is bound to be in it. I don't know if this claim is reliable. Haley really isn't much of a tracker IMO. Espeically when in the comic they never have her tracker and supposedly, Belkar was hired as the tracker. (Of course that was Roy's big mistake) Somehow I think this is a lure./ wrote:I'm Haley, a tracker, Last night I tracked William he didn't go anywhere.

Will can you confirm that you went nowhere last night?
Is this Haley character one who is likely to be in the game and a townie?
Oh yes, very likely.pmchugh wrote:Is this Haley character one who is likely to be in the game and a townie?
I doubt Stroop would false counter-claim here, so I'm going to go with /. Vote: /Stroop wrote:Oh yes, very likely.pmchugh wrote:Is this Haley character one who is likely to be in the game and a townie?
I am Haley. I'm not sure I should reveal my role, but I will if you people want me to.

Mafia tracker or cop, or you are his scum buddy there are plenty of things that could account for that. He has been counterclaimed, I can't see any reason to keep him alive.william18 wrote:People, lets not forget that / got my night action correct. There has to be some credibility there.
Response statement, there is no reason to pass up what could give us knowledge.spiesr wrote:So, should I hammer or do we yet him get a response statement in first?

Long-shot I know but is there any chance that Stroop could be lyncher. For those more knowledgeable about the theme, is there anyone who particularly targets this Haley character. I would hate to see a tracker gone especially after such a terrible night.pmchugh wrote:Mafia tracker or cop, or you are his scum buddy there are plenty of things that could account for that. Haley does have an arch-enemy in the webcomic.nagerous wrote:Long-shot I know but is there any chance that Stroop could be lyncher. The wikipedia says:
Haley Starshine (Human Rogue, "Chaotic Good-ish"[n 26]): The Order's second-in-command,[n 27] she is skilled in stealth and deception, often serving as a scout for the party.
The scout part links well with the tracker claim, plus the fact that william18's night action was correct. Regardless, this appears like a win-win situation.

There is, actually. Crystal from the Thieves' Guild wants to kill Haley.nagerous wrote:Long-shot I know but is there any chance that Stroop could be lyncher. Well, like I said, if you people want me to give you a full claim, I will. You can compare how our claims fit the theme then. I would rather not claim though, if it can be prevented. The wikipedia says:
