Problem:
I noticed myself looking at other player details when choosing game to play in.
The reason I do this is because it can be quite annoying to end up in a game with one or more people at the other end of the world who take their turns 12 hours later then I do.
Solution:
Put the players location flag next to theur name in the "join a game" view.
Possible problem with solution:
The flags are quessed from the users IP address and may be wrong.
Solution to possible problem with solution:
Enable a player to change their location for a limited amount of times. (the times it can be changed should be limited to stop people abusing this function to annoy people)
