But here goes: After winning a tournament, how long does it take to be awarded your trophy for it?

I just did them a few days ago, so you're probably looking at about 2-2.5 weeks.

Administration will give an announcement when contests come out I guess. There has only been one to my knowledge.

There is a CC Trivia contest run in the newsletter (not the separate site in the Affiliates forum) that was supposed to give a contest achievement to the winner.
