As if the forum ban wasn't already unnecessary. You know if we ban a couple more contributing members I bet the site will get a lot better.

they should give back his work that he did for free for them, too... if they don't want him around, then they shouldn't use his work either... this is getting out of hand... bad enough they literally handicapped him to the point where he could not effectively make a map... but now this... give him his stuff back...-0

He should send his maps to Hasbro and give them exclusive rights. Then they can sue again and we can get more maps with no territory names to play on.

When a map is quenched the creator gives over the rights to the use of that map to Conquer Club. That is what I have been told by several cartographers. Therefore, it is not being used "unfairly" in any way.

When a Map is quenched, the understanding is that, that user who put forth the effort as a valuable member of the community, will be allowed to, as well as others, USE the fruits of their labor, and that the site will honor their commitment to spend countless hours working on it, not site ban them and then continue to use it as though it were their own.

But t-o-m didn't make a multi. Night strike said he was site banned, but not for making multis. How could he get around a forum ban without doing that?

Was it the fact that someone needed an account sitter in Live Chat earlier, no one could fill the spot, and they gave it to t-o-m? If so, that's bullshit. Ban the guy for helping out someone no one else would?
