Trophy Case *Pending*

I know Lack hasn't established any tournaments yet, but when he does i think it would be cool to have little "trophies" that people could wear in their sig and would be displayed in a Trophy Case topic in Callouts. They could just be little images but could serve as a way of showing you success.

I think it's a great idea, something else to distiungish members by... In Hattrick.org (footy manager game), we have medals as well... I think it would be cool to have things like a "Medal of Bravery" that only Lack or Twill could issue for someone they see who last a long game out and manage to pull nothing out of a hat, or risk something big... Still just chucking ideas into a hat, good idea waffles...

I like the idea of trophy's. So if you win a tournament you get a trophy. This trophy could be displayed in someone's profile, that would work well...

Pardon the bump, but reading this gave me an idea.

like lukonen said, people could print screen the images if they were placed in peoples signatures by default, but what if they were placed on the right of the posts below the various links for aol msn etc. IT would prevent massive amounts of people "stealing" trophies since having them in your signature would do nothing but wither show your desire to earn that trophy or that you're just trying to be smart and claim you won that trophy when you really didnt.

Of course, this would all require that it be possible to place the images in the user info area of a post.

Kind of tied to this: how about a locked sticky post at the top of the Completed Tournament Forum with a listing of all competed tournaments and who won them (and the prize if there was one). I would think this could be accomplished pretty easily.
