More to the point though, I see this as similar to wall "abuse". You can easily remove the comment, by removing the rating. This is all, quite obviously, tongue-in-cheek, and is an issue that could have been resolved privately. I'm guessing he just lost it recently since most of the responses are on the most recent page, he went freemium recently and is taking the infamous way out rather than just not playing.
A quick check at the ratings show that the majority of ratings refer to an account that Neoteny has only played one game with/against. Other than that it's two or three games, and a bried overview indicates that the oldest games were archived before Neoteny issued the responses. In light of this, your comment doesn't make sense. Feel free to provide input on the pros or cons of a report, but I don't understand why people throw out a "defence" without any kind of factual backing. This statement of yours is pure crap and doesn't contribute to anything.
