Although it is strange that a NR is inviting other NR's, the mutlism together seems off, they're pretty much all from different countries. The possibility of proxy is there. Maybe it's old, previously banned players, who got together and created a circle in which to create games between themselves(I guess?).

Another case of colton been on to say, not to play. Private games, are a great way to learn the game, especially if playing against other noobs, lets people learn at their own pace, and stops noobs getting thrashed by someone more experienced.

Play the game, gain some experience, then come back when you find something that's actually suspicious and not just a bit odd.
