victory conditions

Quick question, probably silly once one knows the answer:

I have played some maps that have "victory conditions", like Feudal War (own all the castles) or Europe 1914 (own 4 capitals of the same group).

How does it work? I mean, I have the four capitals, or all 6 castles, but the next turn starts normally... shouldn't I, or the person with the right regions, win?

The check for holding a victory condition is made at the start of each players turn. So if you hold the required territs when at that point then you win, if you hold them at any other point they are just regular territs.

I think that its need to be some overal gameplay instruction for everybody to know how some things work in map(bombardments,objectives and all other things)
This need to be in Game instructions guide
