cc is a company: this is lack's buissiness. If he wants to ban you, he will, and you have no "right" to say otherwise. since he obviously does not have the time to watch over the forums, he gets mods to do his dirty work. Therefore, if the mods want to ban somebody, they can and will, an once again you have no right or power to stop them. By signing up, you agreed to their rules, and you should have been fully aware of what their powers are, and what they can do at will.

Cc is a website: this is not a government or a nation. You came here of your own will. If you don't like their methods, than leave, because I am sure team cc would be happy for a complainer to leave.

Cc is a community: it is a group of people. You need to treat everybody with respect. Ideally, this means no flaming, trolling, spamming, etc. But we can't get rid of it. The only way we can fight the fire is by attempting to show respect and kindness, not using the fire itself.

Now, you have the power to complain, but do you really think that has gotten us anywhere on this site? I hve not seen many changes because somebody complained.

I have already stated that revolt I'd impossible on a website.

So the only thing left is diplomacy, so why not give it a shot, bk and stoneham?

my "flame" was nothing more than an explanation of the impressions stoneham was giving me when he replies to others' posts. I did not just say "you are a violent little turd who always attacks first"

anyway, it seems that now you have a grudge against me, for unknown reasons. i have done nothing to you. and maybe that is where the problem lies.

This rightless status obviously makes you feel safe and secure, which is why you support it, and if that's what floats your boat then curl up in a fetal position and enjoy it. Once again you are fabricating my words. I never said you should have been banned. I never said you broke any rules. I actually dont care who gets banned and who doesnt. I didnt even mind flame wars. The fact that I think CC is better off because of it, does not mean that I would have actively pushed for its removal. Its even possible, that I warned against its removal while on my time on team CC. Thats inside info though. Ill never tell.

But again, I never said you should have been banned. Hell, I posted a small novellette with ideas on how you might be able to avoid further bans. All I said, was that I understood why you got banned, not that you deserved it. I remembered seen quite a few personal attacks that I thought might be pushing the limits of the guidelines set up for the forum. I do agree with the bannings of quite a few people simply because I think it was clear they were never, ever going to stop.
